The Hair Bar has no liability for incorrect aftercare. We only recommend products that we use and retail in the salon.
- All new clients that have a chemical/Colouring service require a patch test 48hrs before the appointment
- All deposits must be paid by midnight that day of booking. All Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable if more than 48hrs notice.
- All appointments after 5:30 pm must be paid in full to secure your booking; please select "pay in full" at checkout online.
- Clients that are 15 minutes or later to their appointment will lose their deposit and must pay a deposit for their next appointment
- No show appointments, you will lose your deposit, and full payment of the service will be paid by stored card details or upon rebooking
- If any products/Chemicals have touched the hair in 24hrs we are unable to offer any corrections or full/partial refunds
- Once clients have finished their appointment at The Hair Bar, if unhappy, please state within 24hrs of the appointment, this will allow the salon to offer a correction, or if correction cannot be done, a partial refund may be provided. Outside these hours, we cannot honour anything.
- Any corrections must be done within 14 days; exceptional circumstances will be granted outside 14 days; these will be charged 50% of the total correction service but can only be done 14-21 days.
-Please note when booking in with a trainee/apprenticeship, corrections will be done by the same stylist; your desired look might be slightly different due to them not having much experience.
- Long/Thick or Restyle services will have £10 added to their service
