The Hair & Beauty Bar has no liability for incorrect aftercare. We only recommend products that we use and retail in the salon.
- All new clients that have a chemical/Colouring service require a patch test 48 hours before the appointment
- All deposits must be paid by midnight on the day of booking. All Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable if there is more than 48 hours ' notice.
- No show appointments, you will lose your deposit, and full payment of the service will be paid by stored card details or upon rebooking
- Any missed Hair Consultations/Patch tests will be charged £10
- If any products/Chemicals have touched the hair in 24hrs we are unable to offer any corrections or full/partial refunds
- Once clients have finished their appointment at The Hair & Beauty Bar, if unhappy, please state within 24 hours of the appointment. This will allow the salon to offer a correction, or if correction cannot be done, a partial refund may be provided. Outside these hours, we cannot honour anything.
- Any corrections must be made within 14 days; exceptional circumstances will be granted outside 14 days; these will be charged 50% of the total correction service but can only be made within 14-21 days.
-Please note that when booking with a trainee/apprentice, corrections will be made by the same stylist; your desired look might be slightly different due to them not having much experience.
- Long/Thick or Restyle services will have £10 added to their service
